Hi. My name is Jeremy Munday and I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2015 at the age of 55.

I live in London, UK, with my wife Cristina and two daughters. I work as a university professor of translation studies, specialising in Spanish to English translation.

Parkinson’s has slowed me down but I remain positive and active. I hope this blog will help me to record my Parkinson’s journey and I also hope it will serve as encouragement for other people with Parkinson’s.
